The aim of the transformer is to supply cost effective and reliable power solutions that work for the customer and the environment. The transformer design should be carried out based on the requirements, using available materials inexpensively in order to achieve lower cost.
Electrical energy has become one of the major parts of our daily life giving power to most of the industrial machinery and household appliances. Voltage fluctuation is a major power problem that causes several appliances to breakdown. Electrical transformers are the best solutions to avoid fluctuating problem.
In today's competitive environment there is an insistent need for the transformer manufacturing industry to improve reliability and reduce costs of transformers. Since high quality, low cost products and processes have become the key to survival in a global economy.
Transformers can manufacture in a wide range of sizes. They can be small size to fit into a microphone, or they may be enormously large units and used to interconnect national power grids. There are different types of electrical transformers available in the industries which are used for a wide range of applications, and some of these are:

Voltage Transformers:

Voltage transformer is a great device for enjoying constant voltage output. Types of commonly used voltage transformers are high voltage transformers and low voltage transformers. Low voltage transformer can be used ranging from powering doorbells, outside lighting, track and pool lighting. High voltage transformers can be used in microwaves, igniters, shockers and stun guns.

Current Transformers:

The current transformers are used for measuring current and monitoring the operation of the power grid. When the current in a circuit is too high to directly supply to various measuring instruments, a current transformer is used to reduce the current to an appropriate level. The primary functions of current transformers are to ensure primary and secondary circuits are coupled, so that the secondary current has an accurate relationship with the primary circuit.

Isolation Transformers:

supplies current from one circuit to another circuit by decoupling two circuits Isolation transformer is used to supply current for equipments. Isolation transformers with electrostatic shields are used for power supplies for sensitive equipment such as computers or laboratory instruments. There are many different types of Isolation Transformers as AC Isolation Transformers, Drive Isolation Transformers, Three Phase Isolation Transformers, Medical Grade Isolation Transformers, and Custom Isolation Transformers.

Auto Transformers:

Auto transformers are used to intersect different systems operating at different voltages in the rural areas, the automatic transformers are used in the power distribution lines. Auto Transformers also used in static balancers, dimmers, boosters and motor starters. Types of auto transformers including Single phase auto transformers, 2 phase auto transformer and three phase auto transformer.
Vandana transformers, transformers manufacturing company located in Bangalore supplying different types of transformers for various applications in and around Bangalore.
